Bad Weather – 4×4 courier?

Just looking to set up as courier sameday work in rural lincolnshire. With all the bad weather last year is their an opportunity to explore acting as cover driver for multinationals especially around christmas because i do have 4 x 4 vehicle that could be used. What would i need to consider regarding pricing and the best way to approach them?
