Like all costs associated with running a courier business, taking on premises should be put off for as long as possible.
For as long as is practical, there’s nothing to be ashamed of in running it all from your spare bedroom. After all, to start with, you’re running a sales operation from your mobile phone, so as long as you have room for a pc, you’ll be in business at very low cost.
